Recommendations and focus on nutritionally supporting the strengths and weaknesses in the following areas: Digestive Health, Vitamins and Minerals, Essential Fatty Acids, Sugar Handling, Endocrine (including adrenal and thyroid), Obesity, Cardiovascular Health, Immune Health, Fertility, Sports Nutrition and more. 5. As a Certified GAPS Practitioner, I offer in depth help with digestive problems, balancing microorganisms and healing your gut and can help you implement the GAPS diet. 6. We will develop a nutrition and supplement plan for you to help you reach your optimal health. 7.
